KIT GUARNIZIONI CQ2B40-PS

The range of CQ2xx-PS sealing kits from SMC covers the full range of compact pneumatic cylinders in the CQ2 series, including single rod, double rod, anti-rotation rod and long stroke. Each reference corresponds to a specific cylinder configuration and makes it possible to restore its sealing without replacing it.

Characteristics :
Each reference in the CQ2xx-PS family combines a series code and bore diameter completed, depending on the configuration, by specific letters or suffixes.

The rod configuration distinguishes several variants: single rod (CQ2Bxx-PS), double rod (CQ2WBxx-PS), and anti-rotation rod, available in single-rod version (CQ2KBxx-PS) or double-rod version (CQ2KWBxx-PS) for a bore from 12 mm to 63 mm.

The operating mode forms a second family of suffixes: -S- for single acting with spring return, -T- for spring extension.

Environmental conditions define a third: suffix R (NBR seals) or V (FKM seal) indicates a water-resistant version, for bores between 20 mm and 100 mm, while suffix -XB6- indicates fluorocarbon (FKM) seals suitable for high temperatures, instead of standard nitrile (NBR).

A final variant, CQ2Axx-L-PS, covers long-stroke cylinders, from 32 mm to 100 mm bore.

In all cases, grease is not supplied and must be ordered separately under reference GR-S-010, as is the elastic stopper, which remains a separate spare part. It is recommended to check the kit reference in the range catalogue or in the cylinder technical data sheet before placing any order.

The sealing kit complies with European Directive 2011/65/EU, known as RoHS, which limits the presence of hazardous substances such as lead, mercury and cadmium in components intended for electrical and electronic equipment.
