At SMC we are rolling out upgraded mechanically jointed rodless cylinders that will give our customers improved performance and functionality. The MY1H-Z linear guide cylinder, ideal for high repeatability applications, has a new magnetic dust seal band minimising the number of external particles entering the system.Following requests for a lighter mechanically jointed rodless cylinder with improved auto switch mounting, we are pleased to unveil our new MY1B-Z Series. Up to 17% lighter than our existing rodless cylinder basic type, these lightweight cylinders can now be mounted with our dual colour Series D-M9*W solid state auto switch at any point along the mounting grooves. The cushion needle, which is now placed in the top for easier accessibility, can be adjusted using a simple hexagon wrench.
