Shear cut with controlled micro cutting edge misalignment for the most precise cutting of even the thinnest of wires and for a long service life. Precisely shaped tips cut wires close to a surface from Ø 0.2 mm. Joint with stainless steel rivet. Extremely smooth movement for minimum operator fatigue. With opening spring and opening limiter. cutting edges additionally induction-hardened, cutting edge hardness approx. 62 HRC. special tool steel, burnished.

Punti di forza
Pinze particolarmente adatte per il taglio di alta precisone nell´elettronica e nella meccanica fine. Esecuzione a dispersione elettrica - dissipativa. Taglienti rettificati di precisione senza sfaccettatura. Sezione di taglio con micro-spostamento dei taglienti controllato per un taglio ultrapreciso anche dei fili metallici più sottili e per una lunga durata. Taglienti di forma particolare adatti anche per tagliare fili metallici poco sporgenti da Ø 0,2 mm. Articolazione con rivetto in acciaio legato. Funzionamento estremamente facile senza affaticamento della mano. Con molla di ritorno e delimitazione di apertura. Taglienti ulteriormente temperati ad induzione, durezza ca. 64 HRC. Acciaio speciale per utensili, testa brunita.
